Ingredients

Marinade
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 each garlic cloves minced
Salad
14 ounces beans yellow
14 ounces green beans
19 ounces kidney beans
14 ounces lima beans
19 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 each green bell pepper cut up
1 each sweet red bell pepper cut up

Directions

Mix the marinade items and shake well.

Then add the drained beans and the finely cut up ingredients to the marinade.

Let stand in the fridge for a day or two before using.
