| 1 | cup | vinegar | |
| 2/3 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 2 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 2 | each | garlic cloves | minced |

| 14 | ounces | beans | yellow |
| 14 | ounces | green beans | |
| 19 | ounces | kidney beans | |
| 14 | ounces | lima beans | |
| 19 | ounces | chickpeas (garbanzo beans) | |
| 1 | each | green bell pepper | cut up |
| 1 | each | sweet red bell pepper | cut up |
Mix the marinade items and shake well.
Then add the drained beans and the finely cut up ingredients to the marinade.
Let stand in the fridge for a day or two before using.
