| 1 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/4 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 1/2 | cup | butter | |
| 1 | cup | maple syrup | |
| 1/3 | cup | maple sugar | |
| 1/3 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 2 | large | eggs | beaten |
| 2 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | cup | walnuts | chopped |
Combine flour, 1/4 C sugar and butter in bowl.
With fork, mix until consistency of fine corn meal and press mix into greased 9 x 13" pan.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
Combine both sugars and maple syrup in small saucepan.
Simmer 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl beat eggs and pour over hot sugar mixture, stirring constantly.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except nuts.
Pour mix over baked crust.
Sprinkle with nuts and bake at 350F for 20 - 25 minutes.
Cool in pan and cut in bars.

General:Parsley is the dried leaf of Petroselinum crispum, a biennial in the parsley family....
