| 1 | pound | shrimp | deveined |
| 1/4 | pound | butter, unsalted | |
| 2 | each | garlic cloves | minced |
| 1 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/2 | cup | clam juice | |
| 1/4 | cup | beer | at room temperature |
| 1 | teaspoon | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | |
| 1 | x | black pepper | freshly ground |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | red pepper flakes | crushed |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | thyme leaves | dried |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | rosemary leaves | crushed |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | oregano leaves |
Combine ingredients for seasoning mix in a nonreactive bowl and mix well. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Combine butter, garlic, worchestershire sauce and seasoning mix in a large skillet over high heat. When butter is melted, add shrimp, cook for 2 minutes, shaking the pan in back and forth motion. Add clam juice, cook 2 more minutes. Add beer and cook for another minute.
Remove from heat and serve immediately with rice or French bread.
THIS WAS JUST EXCELLENT - AS GOOD AS IT SOUNDS LIKE IT WOULD BE.... WONDERFUL!!!!!

Incredibly moist. You could easily serve this unfrosted Super-moist old fashioned moist banana bread. I used 1/2 of the sugar called for an it turned out great.
