Ingredients

1 pound loaf
1/4 cup milk plus 2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon yeast, active dry
1 2/3 cups bread flour
2/3 cup rye flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds ground
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons barley malt syrup
1/4 cup honey
2 large eggs

Directions

Scald the milk and let cool to room temperature.

Add the milk and all remaining ingredients in the recommended by your bread machine and process with the basic bread cycle.
