Macaroni, tuna salad suitable for main or sid dish

Ingredients

3/4 cup salad dressing, italian
1 1/2 cups salad dressing, creamy ranch
2 teaspoons sugar to taste
1 1/2 cups milk, 2% or filtered water
1 tablespoon black pepper
9 ounces tuna, canned 3 cans drained
1 medium red onion chopped
1 bunch celery large dice
1 pound frozen peas & carrots mix cooked and drained
3 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup yellow salad mustard
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons celery seeds
2 pounds pasta, elbow macaroni small size, cooked and drained
8 each egg, hard-boiled sliced/diced

Directions

Combine hot peas and carrots, tuna fish, and italian dressing. Set aside.

Thoroughly whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, spices and water/milk in very large bowl/pot.

Mis in onion, celery, macaroni, and Ranch dressing. Gently fold in tuna mixture until just mixed. Salad should ve very moist, add water/milk if needed. Salad will thicken a bit when chilled.

Very, very gently fold in hard cooked eggs.

Chill thoroughly. Garnish.

Serves 12-16 as main dish. 20-30 as side dish.
