3 tablespoons yellow salad mustard
8 ounces ketchup
3 tablespoons blackstrap molasses

IN MEDIUM BOWL ADD FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS MIX WELL ADD KETCHUP

MIX TILL SMOOTH VERY WELL BLENDED COVER AND REFRIGERATE 30 MIN

SAUCE WILL THICKEN IN FRIDGE MIX WELL BEFORE USEING

VARIANTS: ADD B.B.Q SPICE HONEY GINGER HOT PEPPERS SOUTHWEST SEASONING OR WHATEVER YOUR FAVORATE SPICES ARE

Basic Meat Loaf

I made this recipe using 1/2 cup bread crumbs instead of the slices of bread. I did not happen to have worchesteshire sauce, so I substituted soy sauce. It was the best meat loaf I had ever made!
