This recipe has become ou most popular chocolate chips cookies for a long time, and yesterday I made these cookies, I did a few changes: I used 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup of white flour, 1/2 cup of brown sugar and I didn't add any white sugar; I also put a whole egg in; the cookies came out delicious, just like one of review says, the texture of the cookie is more like cake. Now I understand why this recipe is so welcomed, strongly recommend it to everyone!

Thanks for posting this amazing low fat cookie recipe! I posted a picture of my results. They were as good as they looked! Seriously, I had many people tell me that they were BETTER than "full fat" chocolate chip cookies! They're all begging me for the recipe!

I latched onto this recipe in the hopes of finding a sweet treat my 8-year-old would love and still have a minimal amount of fat and sugar. I modified the recipe some, using Splenda instead of sugar, Egg Beaters (with yolk) instead of egg, and Smart Balance margarine. I also baked them in a pan instead of making individual cookies.

The result was a cake-like cookie bar that my son really liked. If something is borderline, he'll take one bite, say it's good, and then never touch it again. He ate several of these.

These are just AWESOME and I can't believe the calories and fat. It was hard to resist eating all the dough while I was making them. GREAT recipe.

I make different cookies all the time, because all my kids love cookies, in my opinion this recipe is much healthier, the sugar is just the right amount, should be not way too sweet. If you really don't like too sweet, you can reduce sugar.

I just made these.
They were awesome.
Advise: maybe use cooking spray on the bottom of the pan as mine stuck.

But I love these .
It's my new recipe

I am totally amazed at these cookies! I healthy-fied them a little further even by using only 2T splenda brown sugar, 1/4 cup normal spledna to a 1/4 cup normal sugar, and half whole wheat flour! Sooo yummy- don't taste healthy!

I made these today and replaced sugar with splenda and they came out great. I don't feel guilty eating them, knowing how little the fat and calories are. I will defiantly make them again. Thanks for the recipe!

Very good! I did 2/3 cup white flour and 1/3 cup whole wheat. My 7 year old loves them!

I made these since I am watching calorie intake. I used applesauce in place of butter and used half whole wheat flower and half regular flower. First batch I left in little too long. Second came out better. Not too shabby for low-cal.

Is vanilla extract the same as vanilla essence?

I don't see where this is low-fat, I only see low calorie because of the portions. But this recipe is almost identical to the one on the back of the Nestle's package. So it's leaving me confused.

Just made these but substituted the chocolate chips with white chocolate and raspberries. The recipe was easy to follow and the cookies turned out like the chewy ones I was hoping for, great :) The only difference is that I have 12 not 24 XD oh well.

I used whole wheat flour in mine to add some fiber. Tastes way too sweet for me but the boyfriend is a big sugar hound. Really good, I will try halving the sugar next time though.

Hate to be the one to say this.. but these are not 52 calories per cookie. They are about 89 calories per cookie,do the math. It's a 37 calorie difference...be careful & do your own math... you may think you can eat two for 104 cals..but its 178!

i have 2 say that the picture on the net makes the cookies look worse than they taste

These are great!
I used wheat flour.
I also used one whole egg.
Then I replaced the second egg with flax seed (1tbs flaxseed + 3tbs water =1 egg).
Enjoy everyone!

I have also made this recipe before and they are DELICIOUS. I'm always looking for HEALTHIER alternatives to snacks for the entire family. I also would like to enjoy the odd treat even though I'm watching my calories.
