Ingredients

1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1teaspoon tahini
1/2teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4teaspoon celery seeds
1x worcestershire sauce worchestershire sauce, dash
1 3/4cup mayonnaise nonfat
1 1/2cup cabbage green, shredded
1/2cup cabbage red, shredded

Directions

Whisk together vinegar, tahini, mustard, celery seed and worchestershire sauce. Stir in mayonnaise. Add cabbages, toss well.

Peter's Burgers

A very good burger recipe, the oats really work well and gave just a hint of extra texture. I used extra-lean ground beef, served on a multi-grain whole grain Italian bun, topped with lettuce, swiss cheese, mustard, bacon, tomato, pickles and onions (see photo that I am uploading now). I really had to squish it down to fit it in my mouth. The crusty Italian bun is a must to hold the works together.
