Ingredients

1/2 each onion chopped
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1/2 cup wine
4 each gravy mix, brown packages
2 each bay leaves

Directions

Put roast in crockpot.

Add first 4 ingredients in pot.

Make gravy in saucepan but add 1 extra cup of water to gravy because it can be very salty.

Pour gravy into crockpot.

Put 2 bay leaves on top of roast.

Cook on low or high all day.
