| 2 | quarts | water | boiling, salted |
| White sauce | |||
| 4 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 4 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | cup | cream | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | cup | olives | chop |
| 2 | dash | black pepper | |
| 1 | tablespoon | pimentos | red, diced |
| 1/2 | cup | mushrooms, canned | sliced |
| 1/2 | cup | sauterne | |
| 1 | dash | parsley leaves | |
| 6 | each | patty shells | |
Cook lobster tails according to package directions and remove meat from shells.
Make sauce by melting butter and mixing in flour, working to a smooth paste.
Add milk, a small amount at first, and mix to a creamy paste.
Add remaining milk and cream and salt and cook until well blended.
Pour over lobsters and serve.
