| 6 | Tbls | mayonnaise | |
| 1 1/2 | Tbls | lemon juice | |
| 1/4 | cup | celery | finely chopped |
| 2 | Tbls | red onion | finely chopped |
| 1 | Tbls | parsley leaves | fresh, chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2-3 | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | ||
| 1 | x | white pepper | fresh ground |
| 1 | lb | lobster meat | cooked, cut in 1/2 inch cubes |
| 1 | x | hot dog bun | lightly toasted |
| 1 | x | butter | unsalted, melted |
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, onion, parsley, salt, hot pepper sauce and pepper to taste in medium bowl.
Stir in lobster meat until coated.
Brush insides of rolls with melted butter.
Spoon lobster salad into each roll, dividing evenly.
Serve immediately.

This is a fantastic sauce. The roasted garlic gives amazing flavour to the sauce. I added Monkfish to the dish and it was superb. Only problem I found was the sauce was a little too thin for my liking so I thickened it up a bit. Very nice sauce, I would highly recommend it! It got top marks from my guests!
