Ingredients

1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean
1 small onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely minced
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil dried
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
1 x salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Blend all but 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of the tomato sauce and oregano, basil, and ricotta.

Blend ricotta, oregano and basil.

Place 1/3 of the meat mixture in an oiled baking dish.

Spread with 1/2 of the ricotta mixture.

Repeat ending with meat.

Top with remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or till done.
