| 1/4 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | with tops, sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter | |
| 2 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | can | soup, chicken and rice | |
| 1 | soup can | water | |
| 1/2 | cup | ham | fully cooked, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
| 1 | dash | nutmeg | grated |
In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine green onion and margarine.
Microwave in casserole until tender on High, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in flour, soup, water, ham and lemon juice.
Microwave, covered for 8 minutes more.
Stir every few minutes.
Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.

Made this for my wife and myself. Both found it very flavourful. Will be making this again maybe adding a portabello mushroom. Very nice recipe.
