| 1 | x | red and green pepper | chopped |
| 2 | pounds | ground beef | |
| 2 1/3 | cups | water | cold |
| 1 | can | tomato sauce | |
| 1 | x | sour cream | |
| 1 | x | cheddar cheese, mild | shredded |
Prepare chili as directed on package using ground beef, water and tomato sauce.
To serve, spoon into individual serving bowls and top with sour cream, cheese and peppers.
