Ingredients

1 cup mango cubed and frozen
1 cup yogurt, plain (USE Kefir)
1/2 cup strawberries sweetened, frozen
1/2 cup raspberries black or red, frozen

Directions

Trader Joe's has an excellent selection of frozen fruit... Today I picked up frozen mango, frozen strawberries, and frozen black raspberries.

I also picked up a bottle of Kefir (located over in dairy by the yogurt and milk). The taste and consistency is exactly like a thin yogurt. There are flavored ones, but I chose the regular (non-sweetened) that came in a white plastic bottle.

I also picked up a bottle of Organic Blue Agave Sweetener. It's just like honey, maybe a little thinner. It's located next to the honey, by the baking goods.

In any case, my preference is 1+ cup Kefir, a handful or two of the mango, 2-3 strawberries, and a small handful of black raspberries. Blend it all together (I used the puree button on my black & decker blender), dip your spoon in for a taste test (more fruit? more kefir? more sweetener?), and you're done!
