Ingredients

5 pounds beef steak
2 each garlic cloves crushed
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup peanut oil
1 cup scallions, spring or green onions
2 cups soy sauce

Directions

Place meat strips in bowl.

Add garlic, sesame seeds, green onions, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and oil and toss to coat meat well.

Cover and let marinate at room temperature 4 hrs.

BBQ over coals or under the broiler, turning and basting often with marinade until meat is done.

Mexican Fudge

This was a great recipe! Everyone loved it. We ate it after it had cooled about 30 minutes. I dont think it would be good cold. Good with tortilla chips or crackers.
