Ingredients

2 each pie shells unbaked
4 large eggs
2 cans pumpkin solid, packed
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves ground
2 cans milk, skim, evaporated
1/2 cup whiskey

Directions

Beat eggs.

Stir in remaining ingredients in order given.

Pour into pie shells.

Bake 15 minutes at 425. Reduce temperature to 350, and bake 40-50 minutes.

Cool on wire rack.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Highly recommended for first timers! (sorry, just had to comment). Although this presented a great laugh, I have also used red or chopped green onions for some bite. Add a slice of ham and you have a grilled ham AND cheese!
