| 1/2 | cup | liqueur | coffee flavor, such as kahlua |
| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 3 | large | eggs | separated |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 16 | ounces | cream cheese | softened |
| 1 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
Combine crust ingredients and make crust.
Combine cake ingredients to make batter and prepare cheesecake.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
