Ingredients

1 cup popcorn, unpopped
4 cups oat flakes
1 cup wheat flakes
1 cup barley flakes
2 cups cracked wheat or 7 grain cereal
2 cups coconut opt.
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup peanuts
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup honey or other sweetener, up to 2 cups
1/2 cup vegetable oil unrefined
1 tablespoon maple flavoring vanilla or other
optional
1 cup raisins, seedless
1 cup dates chopped
1 cup apricots dried
1/2 cup pineapple dried, chopped
1/2 cup papaya, dried dried, chopped
1 cup almonds chopped
1 cup pecans chopped
1 package banana chips

Directions

Pop popcorn.

Combine all dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil, and flavoring in a separate bowl.

Stir honey mixture into dry ingredients.

Bake in non-preheated oven at 350 F. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven; stir in fruit. Cool.
