| 1 | cup | sunflower seeds | |
| 1 | cup | peanuts | |
| 1 | cup | sesame seeds | |
| 1 | cup | honey | or other sweetener, up to 2 cups |
| 1/2 | cup | vegetable oil | unrefined |
| 1 | tablespoon | maple flavoring | vanilla or other |

| 1 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
| 1 | cup | dates | chopped |
| 1 | cup | apricots | dried |
| 1/2 | cup | pineapple | dried, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | papaya, dried | dried, chopped |
| 1 | cup | almonds | chopped |
| 1 | cup | pecans | chopped |
| 1 | package | banana chips | |
Pop popcorn.
Combine all dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil, and flavoring in a separate bowl.
Stir honey mixture into dry ingredients.
Bake in non-preheated oven at 350 F. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven; stir in fruit. Cool.
