| batter | |||
| 3 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | each | egg | beaten |
| 1 | pinch | salt | |
| 1/2 | cup | milk | |
| 3/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| fruit layer | |||
| 4 | cups | fruit | fresh, sliced |
| 3 | ounces | jello | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | if using rhubarb |
| topping | |||
| 1/4 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 3 | tablespoons | butter | |
Combine batter ingredients.
Place in a greased 10x12 pan.
Combine fruit layer ingredients and spread evenly over batter.
Crumble together topping ingredients and sprinkle over fruit layer.
Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes.
