| 2 | pounds | turkey thighs | raw, skinless |
| 3 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | bread crumbs | dry |
| 1 | tablespoon | thyme | fresh, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | onions | minced |
Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.
In a large mixing bowl combine turkey meat with first 6 ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
When ready to grill, form into large patties and grill for 5 minuets on each side or until done.
Make sure turkey mixture is cold before grilling.
Serve with your choice of condiments.

Tastier than anticipated. My fiancée was impressed. Good refrigerate & reheat lunch. Better to reheat in oven than microwave to keep the crispiness of the bread.
