Ingredients

1tablespoon corn oil
1tablespoon lime juice
1/2teaspoon cumin ground
1/2teaspoon cinnamon
1/4teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon garlic minced
4cups carrots & cooked
1/2cup wheat berries cooked; for garnish

Directions

Whisk oil and lime juice together in large bowl.

Whisk in cumin, cinnamon, salt and garlic.

Sir in carrot.

Cover and refregerate until cold.

Serve chilled, garnished with wheat sprouts.
