| 4 | medium | vidalia onions | |
| 1/2 | cup | water | hot |
| 2 | teaspoons | tomato juice | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | honey | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | paprika | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | ground |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Peel onions and cut in half crosswise.
Place onion halves, cut side up, in a casserole dish.
Mix ingredients; stir well.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes, covered.
If it seems too dry, add a little more water.
