Ingredients

3 packages chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 can milk, sweetened condensed
2 tablespoons liqueur almond flavor, eg. amaretto
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons liqueur triple sec, grand marnier, cointreau or other orange flavor

Directions

In heavy, medium sized pan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk.

Remove from heat, divide into 2 bowls. To one bowl, add almond liquer and almond extract, To the other bowl, add orange flavored liquer.

Chill 1 hour. Shape into one inch balls. Roll in coating.

Chill until firm ( 1 hour) Store covered at room temperature

Fennel And Watercress Soup

I didn't have watercress but made it anyway. Loved it! In lieu of watercress I added a small amount of cheddar and fresh dill, which worked! I consider it a great base, and look forward to other variations. Maybe I'll even do the watercress someday.
