Mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread over cut sides of rolls.
Place bottom halves of rolls on serving plate.
Top with bologna, tomato, green pepper, cheese, and top halves of rolls.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until cheese begins to melt, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
