| 1 | cup | biscuit baking mix (bisquick) | |
| 1/3 | cup | cream | light |
| 1 | pound | ground beef | |
| 2 | each | onions | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | monosodium glutamate | |
| 2 | tablespoons | biscuit baking mix (bisquick) | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | cottage cheese |
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix bisquick with cream with hands, knead gently 10 times. Roll dough to fit 9 inch pie plate.
Saute beef and onion in frypan, add next four ingredients mix well & put in pie plate. Beat eggs slightly and blend in cottage cheese. Pour over meat, sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 minutes.
