Hamburger - Onion Pie

Ingredients

1cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
1/3cup cream light
1pound ground beef
2each onions
1teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon black pepper
1/2teaspoon monosodium glutamate
2tablespoons biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
2large eggs
1cup cottage cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix bisquick with cream with hands, knead gently 10 times. Roll dough to fit 9 inch pie plate.

Saute beef and onion in frypan, add next four ingredients mix well & put in pie plate. Beat eggs slightly and blend in cottage cheese. Pour over meat, sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 minutes.
