Ingredients

10 ounces ham
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
2 teaspoons sherry dry

Directions

Grind the ham in a meat grinder or chop it very finely in a food processor using on off pulses.

Mix the ham with the mayonnaise,mustard, horseradish, and sherry, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the pate on crackers or toast points and garnish with the walnuts and artichokes, if desired.

Struffoli (Honey Balls)

This was a great recipe! My husband is Italian and we have our own family recipe we use during the holiday season, but we decided to try this one and it was terrific! Yes, it is time consuming, but so worth it. Best method for cooking up the balls is definitely the deep fryer; much faster. Enjoy!
