| 1 | each | celery stalk | chopped |
| 2 | cups | okra | (fresh or frozen) |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste |
| 1 | can | tomatoes, canned, crushed | italian-flavored |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1 | dash | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | |
| 1 | cup | whole kernel corn, frozen | or fresh |
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in a small amount of water until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
May be served over rice for a main dish.

Delicious. Everyone loves it. I made mini cheesecakes by using crumbled graham crackers and putting them into the cupcake trays. Wouldnt change a thing!
