Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
3 slices turkey bacon diced
1/2 small onion chopped
2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
10 3/4 ounces soup, cream of mushroom low fat/fat free, or cream of potato
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 Tbs. red wine dry, if you have none use water and it is fine
1 cup sour cream, non-fat

Directions

In a skillet brown ground turkey and bacon until pink disappears.

Drain.

In crock-pot mix together cooked ground turkey, bacon, onion, flour and paprika.

Stir in undiluted soup and wine.

(At this point I added a little more water since it wasn't very saucy.)

Cover and cook on LOW 4 - 5 hours.

Stir in sour cream.

Spoon mixture over toast and serve with steamed veggies.

Almond Apricot and Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

This recipe needs a little bit care, but these sandwich cookies are great taste and look wonderful, I used different kinds of 1-inch cutter, made several kinds of different looking, and they are all very nice.
