Grilled Shrimp with Lemon and Chive Pasta

Ingredients

6 ounces seafood marinade
2 tablespoons white wine
12 large shrimp peeled and cleaned
1 large sweet red bell pepper seeded, cut in 1/2 inch dice
1 large black pepper sweet, italian, seeded & cut in 1/2
1 medium vidalia onions or sweet, peeled & 1/4ed
7 ounces feta cheese crumbled
4 ounces black olives pitted and cut in 1/2
16 ounces pasta lemon and chive, cooked al dente
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Toss MARINADE, white wine, cut peppers and onion with shrimps and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill or broiler and cook peppers and onions until done (about 15 minutes).

Grill shrimps 2 minutes on each side, brushing with MARINADE.

Cut grilled peppers and onions in strips and grilled shrimps in quarters.

Toss shrimps, peppers and onion with FETA CHEESE, BLACK OLIVES, LEMON and CHIVE PASTA and lemon juice, adding some of the MARINADE.

Serve warm or at room temperature.

Italian Love Cake

Lovely. This is an excellent cake that can be used for almost any occassion. I loved the fact that it is not sweet tasting so I dont feel guilty about having too much sugar.
