| 6 | ounces | seafood marinade | |
| 2 | tablespoons | white wine | |
| 12 | large | shrimp | peeled and cleaned |
| 1 | large | sweet red bell pepper | seeded, cut in 1/2 inch dice |
| 1 | large | black pepper | sweet, italian, seeded & cut in 1/2 |
| 1 | medium | vidalia onions | or sweet, peeled & 1/4ed |
| 7 | ounces | feta cheese | crumbled |
| 4 | ounces | black olives | pitted and cut in 1/2 |
| 16 | ounces | pasta | lemon and chive, cooked al dente |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice |
Toss MARINADE, white wine, cut peppers and onion with shrimps and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill or broiler and cook peppers and onions until done (about 15 minutes).
Grill shrimps 2 minutes on each side, brushing with MARINADE.
Cut grilled peppers and onions in strips and grilled shrimps in quarters.
Toss shrimps, peppers and onion with FETA CHEESE, BLACK OLIVES, LEMON and CHIVE PASTA and lemon juice, adding some of the MARINADE.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

Lovely. This is an excellent cake that can be used for almost any occassion. I loved the fact that it is not sweet tasting so I dont feel guilty about having too much sugar.
