6 hrsThis colorful pasta dish is perfect for summer grilling when you want something lighter than heavy sauces. The shrimp and vegetables marinate together overnight, then hit the grill for quick smoky char. Everything gets tossed with pasta, tangy feta, and olives for a meal that works warm or at room temperature.
Kitchen Tips
- Marinate overnight for deeply flavored shrimp and vegetables
- Use metal skewers or soak wooden ones (prevents burning on the grill)
- Serve at room temperature for outdoor entertaining (flavors actually brighten as it sits)
