Grilled Shrimp with Lemon And Chive Pasta

Ingredients

6 ounces seafood marinade
2 tablespoons white wine
12 large shrimp peeled, cleaned
1 large sweet red bell pepper seeded, cut up
1 medium vidalia onions peeled, sliced
7 ounces feta cheese crumbled
4 ounces black olives pitted
16 ounces pasta with lemon and chives, cooked
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Toss MARINADE, white wine, cut peppers and onion with shrimps and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill or broiler and cook peppers and onions until done (about 15 minutes).

Grill shrimps 2 minutes on each side, brushing with MARINADE.

Cut grilled peppers and onions in strips and grilled shrimps in quarters.

Toss shrimps, peppers and onion with FETA CHEESE, BLACK OLIVES, LEMON and CHIVE PASTA and lemon juice, adding some of the MARINADE.

Serve warm or at room temperature.

Tortellini And Spinach Stew

Very quick and yummy. Good use for leftover cooked spinach and homemade chicken stock! I added some garbanzo beans too, and it came out almost like a minestrone. ( I would add more stock next time, though.)
