| 1 | small | red onion | diced finely |
| 2 | cloves | garlic | minced |
| 3 | each | hot peppers | stemmed, seeded & finely diced |
| 1/4 | cup | cilantro | chopped |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt |
Core tomatoes and remove most of the seeds.
Cut in small dice and mix with remaining ingredients.
Let the salsa stand for an hour or so before serving.

I had about 1/2 head cauliflower left, then I founf this recipe, there is no dried marjoram in the kithen, so I took dried thyme instead, and followed the directions, and these roasted cauliflower are really yummy, balsamic vinegar definetly added extra yum, great way to cook cauliflower.
