Ingredients

2 large green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon tumeric powder
1/2 teaspoon dhania powder
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 bunch cilantro leaves fresh
2 small tomatoes
2 each onions
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 piece vadium
1 1/4 teaspoons salt

Directions

1. Cut the green peppers, onion and tomatoes lengthwise 2. Grind chilli-powder, turmeric, dhania powder, coconut and poppy seeds.

3. Heat oil and add vadium 4. When vadium turns brown add onions and fry for 4 minutes.

5. Add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.

6. Add green pepper and masala 7. Add corriander leaves 8. Cook on low heat (should take around 15 minutes)

Jello Cake

For the past twenty plus Christmases this cake made as a layer cake with red jello (half pkg) and green jello (half pkg) --one color per layer--has been my children's favorite for our "Birthday Cake for Baby Jesus". It is a nice change from many heavy desserts at Christmas.
