| Dressing | |||
| 2 | teaspoons | garlic | chopped |
| 2 | each | red chili peppers | dried, soaked, seeded, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | soy sauce | |
| 1 | each | lemon | juiced |
| 3 | cups | papaya | unripe, grated |
| 1/2 | pound | green beans | julienned |
| Garnish | |||
| 1/4 | pound | cherry tomatoes | |
| 4 | tablespoons | peanuts | chopped |
| 1 | x | cabbage leaves | torn |
In a mortar, pound the garlic, chilies and suagr into a paste.
Mix in the soy sauce and lemon juice.
Mix the papaya, beans and refrigerate until ready to serve.
At serving time, pour on the dressing and sprinkle the peanuts and cherry tomatoes over the top.
Serve with chunks of raw cabbage leaves.

Not that I need an excuse to be naughty or indulgent, but with Halloween right around the corner I thought some wicked recipes...
I made this because it sounded soooo good! It was delicious. And those in my family that tried it really liked it too!
