| 2 1/4 | cups | chocolate wafer crumbs | divided |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | divided |
| 1/2 | cup | margarine | melted, (or butter) |
| 8 | ounces | cream cheese | cubed and softenend |
| 12 | ounces | whipped topping, prepared | thawed |
| 2 | cups | water | boiling |
| 170 | g | gelatin powder | orange flavour, (or two packages) |
| 1/2 | cup | water | cold |
| 1 | x | ice cubes | |
| 1 | x | sandwich cookies | oval or rectangular shaped |
| 1 | x | icing for decorating | |
| 1 | x | candy corn | or candy pumpkins |
Mix 2 cups of the cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the melted margarine with fork in 13x9 inch baking pan until crumbs are well moistened.
Press firmly onto bottom of pan to form crust.
Refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust.
Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/2 cups.
Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
Remove any remaining ice.
Spoon gelatin over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Spread remaining whipped topping over gelatin just before serving; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cookie crumbs.
Decorate sandwich cookies with icings to make "tombstones".
Stand tombstones on top of dessert with candies to resemble a graveyard.
Cut into squares to serve.

Thanks! love the recipe! I make it with a english dish from my Mom. Mince and Dumplings.. saute Ground beef,onions,garlic,Drain, add beef broth(need extra cause the dump. soak up a lot) add carrots (or any veg)cook till carrots aren't hard then thicken broth w/a little corn starch and water) make dumplings on top.Sprinkle w/ Parsley.. Brown the dumplings in oven. :)Sometimes I add a little red wine too and Mushrooms.
