Ingredients

2 3/4 teaspoons yeast, active dry
2 1/2 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons wheat germ
3/4 cup wheat bran
3 tablespoons buttermilk, powdered
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons grapefruit peel grated
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
1 cup water warm

Directions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.

Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock.

Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
