Ingredients

2 cups rice brown, medium,cooked am
1/3 cup green bell pepper
1/3 cup onion chopped
1/3 cup celery chopped
2 each egg whites beaten
1/3 cup cornmeal am
1/3 cup oatmeal am
1 cup wheat germ am
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 x seasonings to taste
For cooking
2 tablespoons whole-grain wheat flour
2 tablespoons wheat germ am
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Combine first nine ingredients and season to taste.

Mold into patties.

Dust with flour and wheat germ mixture.

In hot skillet brown in oil until brown on both sides.

Brown Chicken Stock

Great recipe. It is my basic chiken stock recipe and works well. Just make sure that you reduce the broth after lifting the fat off. Broth should gell slightly in the fridge. Good recipe. Can't go wrong and you can add whatever you want to suit your tastes..
