Ingredients

8 each pork chops centre cut
1/4 cup butter
1 x salt
1 x black pepper
1 x garlic powder
1 x paprika
2 cups mushrooms fresh, sliced
1 envelope onion soup mix dry
1 cup white wine dry
1 cup chicken broth
2 Teaspoons chili and garlic paste spread, bottled
1 cup sour cream

Directions

Brown pork chops in butter.

Season with spices. Remove from skillet.

Add mushrooms to drippings and sauté.

Mix in remaining ingredients except sour cream; stir until well blended.

Return pork chops to skillet.

Cover and simmer 1 hour until done.

Add sour cream and heat through; do not boil.

Serve immediately.
