| 1/4 | cup | tuna | drained, flaked |
| 1 | tablespoon | celery | diced |
| 1 | tablespoon | red onion | diced |
| 1 | tablespoon | mayonnaise | |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | prepared mustard | |
| 1 | dash | oregano | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste |
| 1 | slice | bread | |
| 1 | ounce | mozzarella cheese |
Preheat broiler.
In small bowl combine tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise and mustard.
Add seasonings. Mix well. Toast bread and spread with tuna mixture.
Top with cheese. Broil until tuna is hot and cheese has melted.
