Ingredients

1/4 cup tuna drained, flaked
1 tablespoon celery diced
1 tablespoon red onion diced
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 dash oregano
1 x salt and black pepper to taste
1 slice bread
1 ounce mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat broiler.

In small bowl combine tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise and mustard.

Add seasonings. Mix well. Toast bread and spread with tuna mixture.

Top with cheese. Broil until tuna is hot and cheese has melted.
