| 1 | tablespoon | soy sauce | |
| 1 | tablespoon | vinegar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | clove | garlic | crushed |
Place roast fat side up on rack in foil lined roasting pan.
Mix together remaining ingredients and brush on all sides of roast.
Roast in 325şF oven about 2 1/2 hours.
Brush with honey mixture serveral times during roasting.
