| 2 20 | ounces | pineapple chunks | |
| 11 | ounces | mandarin oranges | drained |
| 1 | cup | maraschino cherries | |
| 3 | whole | bananas | |
| 1 | cup | pecans | coarsely chopped |
| 3 3/4 | pkg (3 oz) | instant pudding mix, french vanilla |
Drain pineapple, reserving one cup of juice. Combine fruit and pecans in a large bowl;toss gently. Combine pudding and reserve pineapple juice in a mixing bowl. Beat on high speed of electric mixer,1 minute.Pour pudding mixture over fruit and pecans;toss gently.Let it cool in the refrigerator.
