Ginger Yogurt with Fruit

This ginger yogurt with fruit is very fresh and tasty, it always a good option, healthy too!

Ingredients

3/4cup yogurt, low-fat plain
2large bananas ripe
2teaspoons ginger fresh and grated
1large papaya
1cup grapes, seedless
1/4cup almonds sliced

Directions

Blend together yogurt, banana, and ginger in blender.

Spoon out meat of papaya and divide papaya and grapes between two bowls.

Mix with blended yogurt and top with sliced almonds.

Baba Ganoush

This was FANTASTIC!! I am not a huge fan of eggplant, but I recently tried baba ganoush at a restaurant. I really, really liked it so I had to find a recipe to try at home. This was a huge success. Very easy recipe to make and very, very tasty!!
