Ingredients

3/4 cup yogurt, low-fat plain
2 large bananas ripe
2 teaspoons ginger fresh and grated
1 large papaya
1 cup grapes, seedless
1/4 cup almonds sliced

Directions

Blend together yogurt, banana, and ginger in blender.

Spoon out meat of papaya and divide papaya and grapes between two bowls.

Mix with blended yogurt and top with sliced almonds.
