Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese (light)
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons marmalade ginger flavored
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon orange zest grated

Directions

In food processor or with mixer, blend cream cheese, orange juice, marmalade and honey until smooth and fluffy.

Mix in orange rind.

Makes about 1-1/4 cups.

Poached Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce

I give this recipe a 5 star rating and I used it with regular fish. (Northern)I also had asparagus spears, and used the hollandaise on both. A little garlic toast, and WOW, what a meal.
