| 2 | tablespoons | olive oil | |
| 2 | cloves | garlic | split |
| 3/4 | cup | popping corn | |
| 1 | x | salt | |
| 1/4 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | |
| 1 | each | garlic clove | minced |
| 1 | dash | cayenne pepper |
In a large heavy pot, heat corn oil and olive oil over high heat until the oil smokes.
Add 1 kernel popping corn and heat until kernel pops.
Add split garlic cloves and rest of popping corn, cover pot, and shake gently until corn starts to pop.
Shake vigorously until popping subsides.
Remove from heat.
Remove garlic and toss popcorn with Parmesan, minced garlic, cayenne and salt.

What comes to mind when you think of French cuisine? Lavish food? Cream and butter? Red wine? Pastry? Big price tag? There are many facets...
I wasn't sure how this would taste but it was great. my family doesn't eat much but after dinner there was nothing to put away!! They all ask for it at least once a week. I added a little bit more bacon though and some vegitables.
