| 6 | medium | kohlrabi | bulbs, peeled and grated |
| 1 | cup | cabbage | shredded |
| 1 | small | red onion | diced |
| 1 | each | apple | red delicious, cored and diced |
| 1/2 | cup | currants | |
| 1/2 | cup | grapes | seedless |
| 2 | teaspoons | olive oil | |
| 1/4 | cup | apple cider |
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Lightly drizzle the oil and cider over the top.
Gently toss and refrigerate for several hours to let the flavours mellow.
Toss and serve.
