Ingredients

2 3/4 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrated
1 teaspoon orange zest finely shredded

Directions

In a small saucepan combine the water and sugar. Heat and stir mixture till sugar is dissolved.

Cool to room temperature.

Add the frozen concentrate and the orange peel, stir till the concentrate is dissolved.

Freeze in a 1 or 2 qt ice-cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.

10 Minute Szechuan Chicken

I love this recipe, it's easy and delicious and uses ingredients I usually have on hand. I recommend adding garlic at the END of the browning of the chicken, so garlic won't burn. If you use regular Soy Sauce (instead of Low Salt), add less - 1/4 cup is plenty.
