An all time favorite that we forget about. I like it without the glaze and that just makes it a little easier.

Ingredients

Glaze
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 dash salt
1 cup sugar
Sauce
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
Crust
1 package sugar cookie dough, prepared
Fruit
1 x peaches
1 x grapes
1 x bananas
1 x strawberries
1 x kiwi fruit

Directions

Mix ingredients of glaze- cook over medium heat til boils, and thickens, then cool.

Spread cookie cough on buttered pizza pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool.

Mix sauce and spread over cooled dough. Arrange fruit on top and pour glaze over.

Refrigerate.

Australian Shrimp On The Barbie

This Shrimp is sooo finger likin' good! My 3 year old son (who is very small for his age and outragously finicky) ate 2 whole kabobs by himself!!! I was shocked, and it was so easy to prepare and cook we will definatly be enjoying shrimp with other meals, it has become a regular dinner starter for us.
