Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 each cinnamon stick
3 each cloves whole
2 cups sauterne
12 ounces apple juice
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 x orange sherbert

Directions

Combine sugar, water, cinnamon and cloves.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

Strain and cool.

Mix all remaining ingredients except sherbet, with cinnamon mix.

Chill well.

Serve in glass topped with a spoonful of orange sherbet.

San Francisco Chops
