| 2 | each | apples | peeled, cored and diced, golden delicious |
| 1/2 | cup | sweet wine |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place walnuts in a pan and toast for 5 minutes until dark brown and aromatic.
Cool and chop.
Combine all ingredients.
Best when served the next day.
