| 1 | package | french fries | thawed |
| 2 | cups | cheddar cheese | shredded |
| 2 | cups | sour cream | |
| 1 | can | soup, cream of chicken | condensed |
| 1 | can | spam | cubed |
| 1/2 | cup | sweet red bell pepper | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | corn flake crumbs |
Heat oven to 350'F.
In large bowl, combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream, and soup.
Stir in SPAM, bell pepper, and green onion. Spoon into 13x9" baking dish.
Sprinkle with crushed flakes. Bake 30-40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
